What are your minimum order quantities (MOQ)?

Depending on the type of product, our MOQs range from 300 to 720 pieces.

What are your lead-times?

After final artwork and program design approval, orders are delivered to your location between 8-10 weeks.

Do we have to supply our own artwork?

You do not have to supply your own artwork.  We have an in-house, industry-leading design team that will develop custom artwork exclusively for your location.

What kind of art files do you need for reference?

When supplying us with artwork for reference, we require vector files and/or high resolution images.

Do you keep inventory on stock items that we can order from?

We do custom designs specific to your brand and location.  We do NOT keep stock designs on hand, as we consistently and proactively refresh designs based on your needs.

Where will my order be shipped from?

All orders are shipped, via standard ground shipping, from our office in beautiful San Clemente, CA.
